Nicole Bording

Nicole Bording is an experienced professional in the field of People and Culture, currently serving as the People & Culture Director at AIP Management. Previously, Nicole held the position of Head of People at Copenhagen Infrastructure Partners and has extensive experience at LanguageWire as both Senior Director of People & Culture and Head of People & Culture. Additional experience includes serving as a Senior Management Consultant at Implement Consulting Group and as an Attorney and Assistant Attorney at Kromann Reumert. Nicole holds a Master in Law from Københavns Universitet - University of Copenhagen and attended a summer school program at Cornell University, focusing on Law at Sorbonne University in Paris.
