Makena Ikiara

Previously, Makena worked as a Web Coordinator at Superior Health Plan, a subsidiary of Centene Corporation. As also a technical and product support for the clients’ portals, she provided seamless communication with the providers and members via secure messages, emails, and helpline.

Makena holds an Associate of Arts in Business Management and a Bachelor of Science in hospitality & Travel Management. Outside the call of duty, Makena volunteers as a Salesforce Admin with the Nobelity Project, a local nonprofit that focuses on educational and environmental progress in Central Texas, East Africa & Latin America. Makena is fluent in Swahili having grown up partly in Kenya.
