Aelin Akhmetova

Aelin Akhmetova is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in business partnership and project management within international environments. Currently serving as IT Business Partner & DT Lead at Mars since October 2018, Aelin oversees projects in the Royal Canin International Division across 80 countries and has implemented ERP systems in new markets like Peru and Singapore. Aelin also functions as HR-IT Project Manager at Air Astana since May 2016, leading a significant HR Digitalisation program and successfully launching a mobile application that engages a large portion of the workforce. Previous roles include Project Manager and Developer at SynConsult Master LLP, where Aelin managed ERP implementation projects and led teams of consultants. Aelin holds an Executive MBA from the University of Fredericton, a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology from International Information Technology University, and an Associate's Degree from the Academy of Banking.
