Georgi Georgiev has a robust background in customer experience management, currently serving as the Customer Experience Manager for Air Canada since April 2016, with a progression of roles including Acting Customer Experience Manager and Lead S.A. Prior to joining Air Canada, Georgi worked at Services Des Espaces Verts from September 2004 to September 2015 as a FSM.
