Manager, Global On-time Performance Excellence at Air Canada

Ivy Heng is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations and business intelligence, currently serving as the Manager of Global On-time Performance Excellence at Air Canada since June 2015. Ivy created Air Canada's first near real-time Power BI app for airport KPI monitoring, which has become the most utilized reporting tool across the company. Previous roles at Air Canada include Manager of Operations Excellence, where Ivy implemented Lean Six Sigma initiatives, and Business Intelligence Analyst, focusing on operational efficiency and cost visibility. Ivy has also contributed to the Bank of Canada as a Research Assistant, where work involved regulatory policy development and macro-prudential supervision tools. Ivy's earlier career includes positions as an Investment Accountant at State Street and as a Research Assistant during academic studies at the University of Toronto. Ivy holds a Specialist degree in Financial Economics from the University of Toronto and is currently pursuing further education at The Johns Hopkins University.
