Jessica Zeppieri

Jessica Zeppieri currently serves as the Senior Manager of Airport Operations & Process Improvement for Air Canada, overseeing operations across 12 staffed stations in the USA with budget accountability of $70-$75 million CAD. Previously, Jessica held roles at Breeze Airways as Northeast Manager of Station Operations & Guest Services and as a Supervisor instrumental in the launch of the airline's network station operations. Additional experience includes positions at United Airlines, CommutAir dba United Express, Alaska Airlines, and Virgin America, where Jessica managed teams, ensured compliance with regulations, and focused on enhancing customer service and operational efficiency. Jessica is furthering education at Old Dominion University since 2011.
