Kamar Katerji

Kamar Katerji has over a decade of experience in customer service and fraud prevention, currently serving as the Manager of Loyalty Fraud Operations at Air Canada since July 2016, following roles as Senior Analyst, Analyst, and Support Analyst in Fraud Prevention. Kamar's career began with Société Générale de Banque au Liban SAL, where responsibilities included Customer Service Specialist and Teller from December 2012 to August 2015. Additionally, Kamar led the Sales Department at Investium International s.a.r.l from May 2013 to March 2014. Kamar holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Management and Operations from the Lebanese American University, earned between 2009 and 2012.
