Victoria Miller

Victoria Miller is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in employee experience, strategic planning, and communications. Currently serving as Senior Manager of HR Planning & Employee Experience at Air Canada, Victoria leads a team dedicated to HR strategy and employee engagement initiatives. Previous roles include significant positions at Fidelity Canada, LinkedIn, Plum, DUCA Financial Services, and the Ontario Government, where Victoria contributed to employee experience development, communications, and learning programs. Victoria holds a Master of Industrial Relations and Human Resources from the University of Toronto and a Bachelor of Arts (Hons.) in English from the University of Guelph.
