Blessing Busisiwe Kgware is an experienced culinary professional with a strong background in food preparation and catering. Currently serving as a Chef de Partie at Air Chefs since November 2014, Blessing is responsible for preparing cold and hot meals for flights, ensuring adherence to airline specifications and food safety standards. In the absence of the sous chef, Blessing leads team meetings to review performance and implement actions for improvement. Prior experience includes a Catering Chef role at Reef Caterers from January 2010 to 2012. Blessing holds a High School Diploma in Food Preparation from HTA Culinary School and a Diploma in Marketing from Better MSC Business College.
