Konstantina Kritikos has a diverse work experience. Konstantina is currently working as a Research Development Process Engineer at Air Company since August 2022. Prior to that, they were a Research Assistant at Northwestern University's Chemical and Biological Engineering Department starting in June 2020. Konstantina also worked as a Lab Assistant at Northwestern Chemistry Department from September 2019. Before their academic roles, they gained customer service experience as a Server at Flaco's Tacos from June 2018 to September 2019. Additionally, Konstantina participated in a Design Thinking and Communication Course at Shirley Ryan AbilityLab, NIIT Cognitive Arts from January 2019, where they worked on creating a device for young patients with Cerebral Palsy and assisted NIIT Cognitive Arts in organizational work and designing a solution for managing a fridge/kitchen space.

Konstantina Kritikos pursued their education at Northside College Preparatory High School from 2014 to 2018. During this period, they did not obtain a degree or focus on a particular field of study. Subsequently, from 2018 to 2022, Konstantina attended Northwestern University. Konstantina successfully completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering.
