Rob Tynan

Senior General Engineer (dr Iii) at Air Force Research Laboratory

Rob Tynan is an experienced engineer with a background in aerospace and aeronautical engineering. Rob has held various titles within the United States Air Force, including Chief of Aircraft Integration for WCMD and A-10 Depot Support Branch Chief. Rob has worked on high-speed weapon sub-system technology development and integration, as well as developmental planning and early acquisition activities related to new Air Force and Joint DoD weapon systems. Rob has also led teams overseeing programs such as the Joint Standoff Weapon and the Wind Corrected Munitions Dispenser. Rob has a Bachelor of Science degree from Syracuse University and a Master of Science degree from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University.
