Dale Since

Dale has extensive work experience in aviation and technical asset management. From 1990 to 2008, Dale worked as a Propulsion Specialist in the United States Air Force. In 2008, Dale began working at Boeing, holding various roles such as Technical Data Designer, Support Planning and Management Specialist, and Flightline Operations Manager. From 2013 to 2018, Dale served as a Quality Systems Specialist and Customer Quality Support Airline Account Representative at Boeing. Since 2018, Dale has been working at Air Lease Corporation, first as an Airplane Production and Delivery Consultant - Technical Asset Management and currently as an Airplane Delivery Director.

Dale Since pursued their higher education starting in 2005 when they attended the University of Missouri-Saint Louis. There, they completed a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) with a focus on Accounting and Finance in 2008. After gaining their undergraduate degree, Dale further enhanced their educational qualifications by pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at Fontbonne University from 2010 to 2012, specializing in Business Administration and Management. In 2012, Dale Since sought additional professional development by attending Villanova University, where they obtained a Master Certificate in Project Management in 2013.
