Belinda T.

Belinda T. has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over 15 years. Belinda started their career at 3M Innovation Singapore Pte Ltd as a Sourcing Manager, leading a team responsible for managing commodities such as polymers and chemicals. Belinda then moved on to The Hershey Company as the AEMEA Indirect Sourcing Manager, where they focused on establishing a more strategic approach to procurement and ensuring compliance with procurement policies. After that, they joined BP as the AP Procurement Operations Manager and ASEAN Packaging Category Manager, driving procurement excellence and implementing strategic sourcing strategies for packaging. Belinda then took up the role of Head of Regional Procurement, APAC at MBCC Group, where they built a brand new procurement team and led a transformation journey to create a best-in-class procurement organization within 12 months. Belinda is currently working as the Head of Procurement, SEA Cluster at Air Liquide.

Belinda T. earned a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Logistics from Nanyang Technological University in Singapore.
