Boris Kaczowka

Boris Kaczowka has a diverse work experience in the field of IT and security. Boris started their career at GE Capital as a Chef de projet / Analyste Programmeur from January 2000 to January 2005. Boris then served as an IT Controller from February 2005 to October 2007, followed by the role of RSSI / Local Security Officer from October 2007 to May 2011.

Afterwards, Boris moved to Air Liquide and held various positions. Boris served as the Group Security Services Director from May 2011 to August 2018, responsible for the group operational IT Security teams and the definition and execution of the group security solutions roadmap. From September 2018 to August 2022, they held the role of CIO Asia Pacific, where they were responsible for IT service delivery, performance management, and the IT roadmap in the APAC region. Lastly, they worked as a Program Director from September 2022 to June 2023, and is currently the Group Digital & IT Director of the CIO Office at Air Liquide.

Boris Kaczowka earned a DESS degree in Gestion / Finance / Management from IAE FRANCE - Écoles Universitaires de Management in 1998.
