Erin Shearer MBA, PHR is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in organizational transformation and agile methodologies. Currently serving as the Director of HR Agile and Transformation at The Hershey Company since October 2016, Erin has held various senior roles, including Sr Manager positions focused on HR Enterprise Transformation and Corporate Functions.
