George Minors

George Minors has extensive experience in aviation, currently serving as Captain and First Officer for Air New Zealand, MOUNT COOK AIRLINE LIMITED, and Eagle Airways since August 2013. Prior to this, George worked as a Flight Instructor at Massey University from February 2011 to July 2013. George’s professional background also includes leadership roles in the hospitality industry, such as Restaurant Manager at Mayflower Inn and Maître d' at Lone Star. George holds a Bachelor of Aviation degree from Massey University and has completed various roles related to event assistance and student placements during early career development.
