Noel Rogers

Noel Rogers is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the aviation and manufacturing sectors. Currently serving as the GSE Safety and Compliance Manager at Air New Zealand since April 2024, Noel previously held the role of Manager Foundry's and Impellers at HamiltonJet, where strategic decision-making and leadership in manufacturing were key responsibilities. With a strong background as a Technical Project Manager at Willis Lease Finance Corporation, Noel managed significant engine projects across the Asia-Pacific region and gained substantial production management experience at Pratt & Whitney. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Aviation Management from Massey University and a Certificate in Aviation Leasing and Finance from the Law Society of Ireland, among other certifications.
