Tom Masson

Tom Masson is an experienced sales professional currently serving as Sales Manager for UK & Europe at Air New Zealand since September 2024. Prior to this role, Tom worked as a Strategic Account Manager at Qantas from April 2022 to October 2024 and as an Aviation Product Executive at Audley Travel from March 2017 to April 2022, where Tom also held a sales position focusing on New Zealand. Earlier positions include Account Manager at Settled, Banking Advisor and Customer Solutions Advisor at BNZ, and various customer service roles at New Zealand Racing Board. Tom holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from the University of Otago, completed in 2013, and has completed high school education at Hutt International Boys School and Claires Court Schools.
