Larry Rourke

Larry Rourke is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources and organizational leadership. Currently serving as the Director of People and Culture at Air North, Yukon's Airline since September 2022, Rourke also works as a consultant for NGen Canada, where responsibilities include assessing and monitoring projects aimed at enhancing advanced manufacturing capabilities in Canada. Rourke's prior roles include Chief Human Resources Officer and Senior Vice President at OLG, where strategic direction for HR policies and programs was provided, as well as positions at CIBC and HSBC Bank Canada, including Vice President and Assistant Vice President roles with significant contributions to talent management and HR strategy. Rourke holds an MBA in Finance from Simon Fraser University and an Honours BBA from Wilfrid Laurier University.
