Paul Clarke has extensive experience in finance and leadership roles. Paul served as the Finance Director for the Air Partner Services Division where they oversaw various training and consultancy services related to security, safety, and incident management. In their previous role as the Interim Site Financial Lead at Young's Seafood, they controlled operational variances and implemented cost management strategies at the largest Young's site. Paul also served as the Finance Director for New England Seafood Grimsby, where they successfully implemented financial controls and doubled turnover by securing new contracts. As the Divisional Finance Director at 2 Sisters Food Group, they held responsibility for three sites and managed the production of chilled food for major retailers. Paul has also held finance and business development roles at Hull College Group and Intraining, where they focused on providing education and training services. Prior to this, they served as the Finance Director for Fulcrum, Maple Leaf Bakery UK, P&L Beds, and United Biscuits, where they implemented financial controls, led mergers, and managed financial operations for various businesses.
Paul Clarke attended the University of Leeds from 1985 to 1988, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Economic History.
