Christopher Rodriguez is the current VP of Talent, Culture & Engagement at Air Products. Prior to this, they were the Managing Partner at Talent Culture Consulting, where they provided HR consulting services to leading organizations across the globe. Christopher has also served as the Vice President Talent Management at Memorial Hermann Health System, where they were responsible for driving system-wide talent management for 26,000+ employees. Some of their notable accomplishments include developing a more effective Competency model, conducting organizational and talent assessments, creating a Diversity & Inclusion strategy, and implementing a revised Succession Planning program. Rodriguez is also an experienced Executive Coach, and has facilitated leadership team sessions designed to increase team performance.
