Justin Tang

Justin Tang serves as Vice President of Data, Platforms, and Transformation at Air Products since May 2022, leading a specialized team in advanced analytics, including machine learning and artificial intelligence. Prior to this role, Justin held several senior leadership positions at Otis Elevator Co. from January 2015 to April 2022, where responsibilities included digital technology transformation, Agile transformation, and advancing digital capabilities in product management and data science. Earlier in their career, Justin worked at Pratt & Whitney and United Technologies, focusing on technology strategy and enterprise applications in the Aerospace and Defense sectors. Educational qualifications include a Management degree from Boston College, an MBA from Indiana University, and executive leadership training from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business and Thayer Leadership.
