Kathryn Larkin

Kathryn Larkin is currently the Executive Director Global Benefits & Benefits and Executive Compensation Counsel at Air Products, where Kathryn co-leads the Global Total Rewards function and is responsible for designing and implementing employee and executive compensation programs. With extensive experience in employee benefits and executive compensation law, Kathryn has also worked at Duane Morris LLP, Wolf Block, and Deloitte. Kathryn holds a JD from Notre Dame Law School, an LLM in Tax from Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law, and a Bachelor's degree in Government from the University of Notre Dame.
