Sidd Manjeshwar

Sidd Manjeshwar joined Air Products in April 2021 as vice president and corporate treasurer. He has responsibility for Treasury, Economics, Insurance, and Pension Investments, overseeing capital, liquidity and cash management; corporate finance; financial risk management; treasury planning and analysis; economic forecasting; and pension asset management activities.

Mr. Manjeshwar brings more than 25 years of experience in the energy, finance, and private equity industries. Most recently he was the chief financial officer of FirstLight Power, Inc., with responsibility for strategic and financial affairs. Prior to that, Mr. Manjeshwar served as vice president, Corporate Finance & M&A and Treasurer at Dynegy Inc.; as director in the Global Natural Resources group at Deutsche Bank; and as vice president in the Global Power groups at Barclays Capital and Lehman Brothers in their investment banking divisions. Mr. Manjeshwar also held various roles at Halyard Capital, Sprint Inc., Trigyn Technologies. and Royal Philips N.V.

Mr. Manjeshwar holds a B.E. in Electronics from the University of Mumbai, an M.S. in Computer Science from James Madison University, and an MBA from The McDonough School of Business at Georgetown University.
