Timothy J. Allen

Timothy J. Allen serves as Associate General Counsel and Assistant Secretary at Air Transport Services Group, Inc. since October 2017, providing legal advice to senior management, assisting with SEC filings and public disclosures, and supporting corporate governance. As Chair of the Management Sustainability Committee, Timothy leads initiatives on ESG policies and strategies. Timothy's legal experience includes drafting contracts and overseeing transactions at various firms, including the significant acquisition of Omni Air International while at Air Transport Services Group. Educational qualifications include a Juris Doctor from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business.
