Kathleen Enright

Kathleen Enright has extensive work experience in human resources and academia. Kathleen has held roles such as Vice President of Human Resources at AIR Worldwide, Professor (Adjunct) at Bunker Hill Community College/ Middlesex Community College, Principal at Back Bay HR, and Director of Human Resources at both Upromise Investments, Inc. and Sallie Mae. Prior to these positions, Kathleen worked in Human Resources at Investors Bank & Trust, acquired by State Street Corporation, where they focused on organizational development, succession planning, and employee feedback.

Kathleen Enright, JD, SPHR, SHRM-SCP has a diverse education history. Kathleen obtained a BA in Psychology from Fairfield University, followed by a JD in Law from Massachusetts School of Law. Kathleen later pursued a MA in Special Education from Fairfield University as well. In addition to their degrees, Kathleen has obtained various certifications. These certifications include The Extraordinary Coach Facilitator Certification from Zenger Folkman in March 2016, SHRM-SCP (Senior Certified Professional) from SHRM in January 2015, SPHR (Senior Professional in Human Resources) from HR Certification Institute - HRCI in February 2014, and a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR®) Certification from HR Certification Institute - HRCI in February 2014.
