She ensures procedures are well-executed to meet those needs, and overviews the final steps of the recruitment process.

Additionally, she is in charge of the Top Talent Pool, and ensures that candidates receive the necessary training before starting on the projects they are assigned to. This process guarantees the delivery of high-quality services to customers.

With a degree in law, Loli has worked for over twelve years in the IT recruiting business for several companies in Latin America and the United States. She has extensive knowledge of the IT market and an in-depth understanding of the needs of both engineers and clients.
