Gallen Benjamin has extensive experience in sales and management across various industries. Currently serving as a Senior Executive in Sales at AirAsia since July 2024, Gallen is responsible for managing corporate accounts and onboarding new clients. Previously, Gallen held the position of Regional Planning & Strategy Lead at DITO Telecommunity Corporation, overseeing operations in the Visayas Region and managing issues related to consumer and retailer production. Prior roles include Retail Store Manager and Business Development Supervisor in leading telecommunications companies, where Gallen successfully drove sales, enhanced customer satisfaction, and managed multiple retail locations. Gallen began a career in customer service, demonstrating a strong commitment to customer engagement and problem resolution, further supported by a Bachelor's degree in Communication and Media Studies from the University of St. La Salle.
