Data Analyst

Our Business Planning Division at Airband are now looking to recruit a professional Data Analyst with commanding experience in Salesforce, QGIS or other similar GIS software.

Permanent position - Hybrid-working model operating from Droitwich, offering a Salary of up to £33,000 + Benefits.

A varied and interesting opportunity that involves the preparation, analysis, and processing of a broad range of data to help inform the businesses strategic decision making. Reporting to our Insights Manager we are looking for an experienced Data Analyst who has the ability to harness a range of methods to manipulate data and automate processes.

Who are we looking for?

You will be a specialist Data Analyst experienced within the Tech, Telecoms, Utilities or environmental sector, a self-starter who can drive the role in an autonomous capacity but also be a great collaborator, with excellent levels of communication delivered with a confident approach across divisions. As part of this role, you will also be leasing with Executive level contacts. Effective time management, research and problem-solving skills, Resilient, flexible and a candidate who really thrives in being part of an agile environment.

The Essentials:

• Salesforce or other similar CRM software systems • QGIS or other similar GIS software, plus Excel • Experience of data management and quality, understanding what constitutes good quality data • Proven experience in handling structured and unstructured data from various sources is essential along with experience in using Microsoft Programmes.

What will the Role look like?

• Collect and analyse customer data from various sources, including CRM and GIS systems.
• Produce high quality and accurate GIS maps when requested.
• Building and maintaining collaborative partnerships with key business stakeholders across other teams including Exec Level.
• Create and maintain insight reports to support senior decision-making to allow the organisation to explore new commercial opportunities.
• Present insights to organisation stakeholders ensuring this feedback are provided with recommendations of implementation strategies.
• Support various programs across the business and provide specific department analysis.
• Working with Salesforce or other similar CRM software including QGIS
• Work with large amounts of data in various IT applications with attention to detail to determine data errors, discrepancies, or gaps. Identify problematic datasets and establish a root cause.
