Paul Henderson

Paul Henderson is an experienced professional in telecommunications and project management, currently serving as the Regional FTTH Build Manager at Airband Community Internet since January 2021. In this role, Paul leads regional teams in delivering ultrafast broadband to rural communities under a UK Government contract, ensuring compliance with NRSWA and HAUC guidelines. Prior to Airband, Paul held significant positions including Senior Project Manager at VolkerSmart Technologies, where oversight of a £36 million FTTH project was managed, and Senior Supplier Project Manager at BT, responsible for decommissioning telecommunications equipment across multiple sites. Paul also contributed to hardware deployment at EE and T-Mobile, demonstrating a strong expertise in network strategy, project delivery, and team leadership. Paul holds an HND in Telecommunications Engineering from Merton Technical College.
