Sagithya N

Sagithya N has a wealth of experience in product operations, program management, and technical support. Sagithya began their career in 2013 as a Technical Associate at IBM, where they provided technical support to AT&T US clients in SO Delivery and Remote Infrastructure management. In 2014, Sagithya joined Amazon as a Seller Onboarding Specialist, part of the pilot 'seller onboarding' team in India. Sagithya then became a Team Lead of the Self Service Registered (SSR) onboarding team, responsible for setting up seller's businesses on the Amazon.in platform. In 2020, Sagithya moved to Esper as a Program Manager, where they program managed the engineering and product teams ensuring end-to-end delivery of features. Most recently, in 2021, Sagithya took on the role of Product Operations Manager at Airbase, where they assist the product and engineering teams in product roadmap planning, capacity planning, process setups and improvements.

Sagithya N obtained an Engineer's Degree in Information Technology from Anna University between 2009 and 2013. Sagithya has since obtained three certifications: Cert Prep: PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) from the Project Management Institute in September 2020, Elearning Essentials: Instructional Design from NASBA in September 2020, and Product Management: Building a Product Roadmap from the Project Management Institute in September 2020.
