In 2010, they joined Mettl as a Product Manager and was later promoted to VP Product Management. During their time at Mettl, they managed a team of 3 Product Managers and 1 UX designer, and was also part of the core team. In 2020, they joined Airbase as Director of Product Management and was later promoted to Principal Product Manager.
Nikshep Mehra completed a B.Tech in Electrical from the National Institute of Technology Silchar from 2001 to 2005. Prior to that, they attended Delhi Public School - Noida from 1993 to 1999.
