Kavya Tandon

Kavya Tandon has held various roles in different companies over the past decade. In 2012, they interned at Accenture. The following year, they interned at the Clinton Health Access Initiative, Inc. in the TB Diagnostic role. In 2014, they were a Summer Intern at the Perspective Planning Division of NITI Aayog. From 2015 to 2018, they held various roles at Bain & Company, including Analyst, Senior Analyst, and Associate. In 2018, they joined Elevation Capital (Formerly SAIF Partners) as an Investment Professional. Most recently, in 2021, they joined Airblack as Chief of Staff. At Airblack, they have helped over 25K women in over 500 cities learn life changing skills from Asia's top experts.

Kavya Tandon attended Lady Shri Ram College For Women from 2012 to 2015, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Statistics. Prior to that, they attended Sanskriti School.
