Eudora Elson is an experienced professional with expertise in strategy, operations, and data analysis. Currently serving as the Strategy & Ops Lead at Airbnb since February 2024, Eudora focuses on driving strategic growth initiatives within US Business Operations, optimizing processes, and enhancing user engagement through data-driven insights. As a co-owner of Moonrise Homes from September 2022 to May 2025, Eudora successfully built and scaled a profitable vacation rental management company in Phoenix, AZ.
