Jingying Lin is a seasoned design professional with extensive experience in user experience and interface design. Currently serving as Lead Experience Designer at Airbnb since September 2025, Jingying has previously held roles at Rivian as a Senior UI/UX Designer and UI Designer from July 2021 to September 2025. Earlier positions include Digital Designer at Clari, UI Designer at Canned Spinach, and Visual Designer at both INDUSTRY and Punchcut. Jingying began the design career as an Interaction Designer at Narvar and as a User Experience Designer at Unlimited Systems. Jingying earned a Bachelor of Science in Graphic Communication Design from the University of Cincinnati, graduating in 2020.
