Spencer Stefanson

Spencer Stefanson is an accomplished leader in operations and supply management with extensive experience in the hospitality sector, particularly at Airbnb and HotelTonight. Since April 2019, Spencer has served as Head of North America (Central) & Luxe Supply at Airbnb, overseeing dedicated teams for the Professional Host & Hotels segment and Luxe supply category. Previously, Spencer held various leadership roles at HotelTonight, culminating in the Head of North America (East) position, where a significant portion of the business revenue was generated. Spencer has a strong track record in team building and operations, exemplified by the growth of the New York City office from two to sixty team members in under a year.
