Dennis Rieke

Vice President, Adversary Center For Excellence (ace) at ATAC (Airborne Tactical Advantage Company)

Dennis Rieke has a diverse work experience in the aviation industry. Dennis started their career in the US Navy as a fighter pilot in 1990 and served in various roles until 2013. During this time, they also worked as an Asst. Operations Officer and pilot in Fighter Squadron 201 - Hunters and as a Scheduling and Standardization Officer and pilot in Fighter Squadron 32 - Swordsman.

After leaving the Navy, Rieke joined the Commander Naval Air Force, Atlantic as the Director of Force Manpower & Personnel from 2008 to 2010. Dennis then became the Commanding Officer of the Naval Operations Support Center in Charleston, SC from 2010 to 2013.

Rieke also worked at NASA as a Research and Test Pilot from 2013 to 2016 before joining ATAC (Airborne Tactical Advantage Company) as an Adversary Pilot. In 2017, they were promoted to Vice President of the Adversary Center for Excellence (ACE) at ATAC, where they were responsible for staffing, training, and equipping the largest private fleet of Tactical Fighter Aircraft.

Throughout their career, Rieke has shown strong leadership and management skills, demonstrated by their ability to manage large teams and budgets. Dennis has also contributed to the development and implementation of long-range scheduling and daily operations in various squadrons.

Dennis Rieke completed their education in a chronological manner. In 1999, they attended the U.S. Navy Fighter Weapons School (TOPGUN) for a brief period, where they attained a Level IV Adversary Instructor certification in the Adversary Instructor Syllabus. From 1999 to 2001, Rieke pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Aeronautics at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University. Later, in 2007 and 2008, they attended the U.S. Naval War College and earned a Master of Arts degree in National Security and Strategic Policy.
