Bernardo Machado is a data analyst at Airbus since July 2024 and co-founder of comunicaRH, a platform for sharing insights on people management challenges among Portuguese-speaking professionals, active since June 2020. Previous experience includes roles at Integer Consulting as HR People & Talent, focusing on organizational development and talent management from May 2021 to June 2024, and as a human resources trainee at TalentShip and ANF, where responsibilities included recruitment support and training development. Bernardo's educational background includes a postgraduate degree in Data Science for Finance from NOVA IMS, a master's in Organizational Psychology from ISCTE, a bachelor’s in Psychology from Universidade Europeia, and audiovisual production studies at ETIC.
