James McElduff has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. James began their career as a Maintenance Manager at Deer Lake Club from 2011 to 2015. James then worked as a R&D IT Intern in Mergers & Acquisitions Planning and Tracking at Shire in 2016, where they assisted in post-merger integrations and created financial dashboards. In 2017, they interned as a Dashboard Developer at EverBank, where they migrated business intelligence dashboards and enhanced existing ones.
In 2018, James joined AmeriCorps NCCC as a Corps Member, completing a year of service with rotations in various locations, including the Utah Food Bank, the Transition Habitat Conservancy, and the Malheur National Forest. James was handpicked to be part of the Fire Management Team and supported the Team Leader with budgeting and progress reports.
James then worked as a Jr. Analyst (Temp) at Dana Transportation in 2019, where they completed an internal audit and discovered significant discrepancies in transportation and billing data. James created an informational dashboard of their findings for executive audiences. James also served as an Assistant Swim Coach at Lakeland Hills Family YMCA during the same year.
In 2020, James worked as a Forestry Technician (Wildland Firefighter) at the U.S. Forest Service, actively suppressing wildfires and solving complex problems under stress and strict timelines.
From 2021 to 2023, they joined Wheel, first as an Operations Associate, where they automated manual processes, conducted A/B testing, and developed Looker dashboards. Later, they became an Operations Specialist, responsible for transforming manual processes into an automated system and developing Python-based models for demand forecasting.
Currently, James is working as a Data Analyst at Found since 2023.
James McElduff completed their education at Tufts University from 2014 to 2018. James obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree with a focus in Quantitative Economics and a minor in Computer Science. Prior to attending Tufts, James attended Mountain Lakes High School from 2011 to 2014.
