Dr. Arndt Stephan

Dr. Arndt Stephan serves as the Senior Vice President and Head of Plant in Hamburg at Airbus, having held various leadership roles within the company, including Vice President for the Single Aisle Local Program Team and Vice President for Cabin & Cargo Program Operations. Prior to Airbus, Dr. Stephan was the Managing Director at Aida Development GmbH and served as Director of Engineering at Nordex. Additionally, Dr. Stephan's experience at Airbus includes positions such as Senior Manager of Composite Production Technology, Project Leader for Engineering on the A340-500/600 Wing Movables, and Executive Assistant to the Managing Director of Engineering. Dr. Stephan began a career in composite technology as a Research Engineer at Fraunhofer IFAM.
