About the role: You will work closely with Account Executives (AE). You will engage inbound prospects via chat and over the phone, to qualify them and discuss the opportunity with AEs. This role is integral in the gathering of pre-sales prospect information and also in its collaboration with Sales teams across the Region   The ideal candidate would bring a positive energy to the team, is curious, and motivated to learn. Customer-facing experience is key - this position will be the perfect start to launch your sales career.  All in all, this role will enable you to develop consultative sales skills and grow professionally.

Your profile :

  • First sales or customer facing experience
  • Fluent in German & English : you will be emailing, calling, meeting prospects on the german market
  • German market knowledge is important (can be gathered from having worked / lived there, or affinity to the culture etc.)
  • Good communication skills: active listening, empathy, problem-solving attitude
  • Time management and organisation skills: ability to manage several accounts
  • A willingness to develop your sales skills. Your first two weeks will be spent at the Aircall Sales Academy and there will be continuous training and development.
