About the Team: Our Marketing Design team sits at the intersection of craftsmanship and storytelling. With impactful projects, campaigns, and partnerships, we shape the future of work. We shout our story from the rooftops, create engaging materials, and build a reputation as leaders in the industry through our unmatched creative expertise and strategic prowess.

Your Role: We’re seeking a Senior Brand Designer who excels in building powerful brand assets. In this role, you will collaborate with a cross-disciplinary team to translate marketing, brand, and conversion goals into beautifully crafted deliverables. Proficiency in Figma, Adobe CC, print design best practices, and a solid understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JS) are essential for success in this role.

This position shall be based in the Bay Area or our NYC HQ.

What you will do:

  • Uphold the integrity of the Aircall brand across various marketing and channel platforms.
  • Drive the refinement of the Aircall brand through ideation and implementation of digital and print campaigns.
  • Take ownership of design initiatives, overseeing them from inception to completion.
  • Demonstrate strategic rationale behind creative choices to colleagues across departments.
  • Enhance and fortify the visual identity toolkit for Aircall while staying aligned with brand ethos.
  • Collaborate with content and social media teams to ensure visual coherence across all channels.
  • Provide guidance to less experienced designers on the team.

Skills you'll bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in Design or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8+ years of experience with a design portfolio showcasing conceptual prowess.
  • Experience in conversion and data-driven design.
  • Strong collaboration and prioritization skills.
  • Proven track record in maintaining brand consistency across channels and campaigns.
  • Proficiency in Figma, Adobe CC, Google Slides, with knowledge of front-end development best practices.
  • Experience communicating with stakeholders.
