We are seeking a talented and Strategic Partner Manager (PAM) to join our dynamic team in Paris. This role is crucial for driving our growth and development within France, Italy and Middle East Markets. As a Strategic PAM, you will manage and develop key strategic partnerships with leading integration providers and channel partners to expand Aircall's market presence and drive revenue growth.

This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, relationship management, and hands-on execution. You will be responsible for nurturing relationships with our partners, identifying new business opportunities, and working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful partnership outcomes.

This role is for the Aircall office in Paris.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partnership Management: Develop and manage relationships with key strategic partners, including software providers and channel partners (e.g., System Integrators, Solution Partners, Digital Consulting firms).
  • Business Development: Identify new partnership opportunities and develop strategies to expand Aircall’s market presence in France, Italy and Middle East regions.
  • Strategic Planning: Leverage consultative selling techniques to drive sales and achieve monthly quotas.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other GTM teams, and Product Development teams to ensure a cohesive approach to partnership management and to drive joint initiatives.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor and evaluate the performance of partnerships using KPIs and metrics, ensuring alignment with Aircall’s goals and objectives.
  • Market Insight: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and market opportunities to provide strategic insights and recommendations.
  • Event Participation: Represent Aircall at industry events, conferences, and thought leadership forums to enhance brand visibility and partnership opportunities.

  • Graduated from Top-tiers Business / Engineering schools or university ( Master degree)
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and manage strategic partnerships, with a strong track record of achieving targets.
  • Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Native French language, English fluent, Italian would be a plus.
