Alain Bensimon

Alain Bensimon is the General Counsel at Aircall. Alain was previously the Head of Legal at DemystData, and has also worked as an attorney at Pomerantz LLP and Chaffetz Lindsey LLP.

Alain has a broad range of legal experience, and has advised senior management on data privacy, intellectual property, and other corporate matters. Alain has also created templates, established legal workflows and trained business teams on contract negotiation strategies and practices.

Alain has ensured compliance with various regulatory frameworks domestically and abroad, including the GDPR, FCRA and GLBA. Alain has also drafted, negotiated, and executed a broad range of complex transactions, including IP/IT agreements such as SaaS agreements, data licensing agreements, DPAs, professional services agreements, NDAs, employment-related contracts, joint marketing agreements, and strategic alliance contracts.

Alain Bensimon received their OIB (International Baccalaureate) & High School Diploma from Lycee International de St. Germain-en-Laye. Alain then went on to earn their Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from Université Paris Nanterre in French & Anglo-American Business Law. After working for a few years, they decided to return to school to earn their Master's degree in French and American Business Law from Université Paris Nanterre. Lastly, they completed their Master of Laws (LLM) in Intellectual Property from Cardozo School of Law.

They are on a team with Pablo Gargiulo - Chief Revenue Officer, Amaury Dauge - CFO, and Robert Salesas - Chief Technology & Product Officer. Alain Bensimon reports to Michael Haske, CEO.
