Fabien Grob

Fabien Grob is currently the CIO at Aircall.

Previously, they were the Global IT VP - Strategic Projects & Commercial at Coty from March 2018 to February 2022. In this role, they executed IT M&A activities for the sale of a $2.7Bn+ division to Private Equity, completed IT transfer for Global HQ - teams for 250+ external/internal ressources, $40M+ budget, and implemented Coty SAP core model into recently acquired organization. Fabien also ran IT (BAU) activities for Professional Division, Europe, Travel & Export divisions.

Before Coty, they were a Manager at Bain & Company from January 2015 to March 2018. While at Bain, they participated to a $10Bn+ Post-Merger Integration project and completed projects for CAC 40 companies mostly focused on IT and Digital activities including IT roadmaps / strategic reviews, IT Zero-based budgeting, and IT cost reduction initiatives. Fabien also participated in several PE reviews focused on software editors.

Prior to Bain, they were an Analyst at Messier Maris & Associés from January 2013 to December 2014.

Fabien started their career as a Certified Department Manager at Altran from September 2006 to June 2011.

Fabien Grob has a Master of Public Administration from Columbia University in the City of New York. Their field of study was international economics and management. Fabien also has an MA in international business from ISG Institut Supérieur de Gestion and an MA from Sophia University.

Their manager is Michael Haske, CEO. They work with Jeff Reekers - Chief Marketing Officer, Robert Salesas - Chief Technology & Product Officer, and Amaury Dauge - CFO.
