Elena Bladh

Elena Bladh has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Elena is currently the VP of Engineering at Aircall, where they lead and scales multi-regional engineering, QA, and architecture teams. Elena is responsible for developing a technology and AI strategy for the CCaaS platform and creating a culture of innovation and collaboration.

Prior to Aircall, Elena served as the Chief Technology Officer at Gelato. In this role, they led cross-functional engineering, infrastructure, and architecture teams, driving the development of platforms, SDKs, and applications. Elena played a crucial role in navigating the company's growth from startup to mature scaleup, achieving unicorn status.

Elena's previous experience includes positions at Electrolux, Marginalen Bank, Sirius International, Bring CityMail Sweden AB, Luleå University of Technology, Kami-Sever, GU-PAKT, and Infotech. In these roles, they held various positions ranging from Head of Service Delivery, IoT and Connectivity Software Development Manager, Agile Team Lead/Software Development Manager, Head of Development, Senior System Developer, Software Developer, PhD student, to System Developer. Elena has a strong background in software development, agile methodologies, and team management.

Throughout their career, Elena has shown their expertise in driving innovative solutions, building highly organized cross-functional teams, and implementing agile processes. Elena has a solid understanding of technology and has contributed to the growth and success of the organizations they have worked with.

Elena Bladh has a diverse education background. In 2022-2023, they participated in the Chief technology executive program at the University of Cambridge. Prior to that, from 2011-2012, Elena studied Actuarial Science at Stockholm University. Elena'searliest educational experience was at Yaroslavl Demidov State University, where they obtained a Masters Degree in Applied Mathematics from 1997-2002. Elena also holds additional certifications from the University of Cambridge, including the Chief Technology Officer Programme, Strategic Thinking for the CXO, and Digital Disruption: Digital Transformation Strategies.
