Mahya Vanlède-Guéran

Mahya Vanlède-Guéran has extensive experience in product design and management. Mahya is currently working as the Head of Product Design at Aircall, where they lead a dynamic design team and fosters a design-centric culture. Prior to Aircall, they held the same position at Talend. From 2018 to 2022, they worked at Delta Dore as the Head of Product Design, where they managed a cross-functional team and successfully transitioned the company from a connected home paradigm to a smart home ecosystem. Before that, Mahya worked as a Product Design Manager at both GE Healthcare and Technicolor, overseeing diverse teams focused on innovative products and services. Mahya also served as the Head of Product Design at Netgem and worked as a Webdesigner both as a freelancer and at Reflex. Additionally, they have experience as a Monteur vidéo at Intermittent du spectacle.

Mahya Vanlède-Guéran holds a Master's degree in UX Manager/Digital product Manager, which they obtained from Les Gobelins in 2018. Prior to that, they completed a BTS in Multimedia from CETEC Info in 2000. Mahya began their educational journey by earning a Baccalauréat in Littéraire/Arts Plastiques from Lycée Paul Valéry between 1995 and 1997.
