Matthieu Lachieze

Matthieu Lachieze has a diverse work experience in HR and operations. Matthieu is currently serving as the Global Director of HR Operations at Aircall. Prior to this role, they worked at Bayer for over two decades, holding various positions. Notably, they served as the Head of HR Operations France and as the Business Operations Controller for Germany and the APAC region. Matthieu also worked as a Global Transition Manager, overseeing a major restructuring project for the Accounting function at Bayer. In addition, Matthieu Lachieze has experience as a Team Leader in Project Management, where they were responsible for managing projects related to Finance and Accounting.

Matthieu Lachieze pursued their education at the University of the West of England from 1999 to 2001, where they completed a BA (Hons) in Business Studies and Modern Languages. Prior to that, from 1996 to 1998, they attended Université de Bordeaux to acquire a Diplome Universitaire du Tertiaire in Techniques de commercialisation.
