Pournima T. has extensive work experience in the field of quality assurance and software testing. Pournima is currently working at Aircall as a Quality Assurance Team Lead in the Mobile team, where they manage overall QA processes, methodologies, and test strategy improvements. Pournima also works closely with the development and product teams to discuss changes. Prior to Aircall, Pournima worked at Kapten as a Senior QA Analyst/QA Lead, where they were responsible for validating the end-to-end flow of the B2C team. Pournima has also worked at InfoVision Labs as a QA Lead, Tech Mahindra as a Senior Software Test Engineer, Wipro Technologies as a Test Engineer, and has experience as a Software Engineer in a CRM project.

Pournima T. attended HNCC Solapur from 2005 to 2008 and earned a BCA degree in IT. Pournima has obtained several certifications, including Certified Software Testing Manager (CSTM), Certified Agile Tester, Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), ISTQB, and PRINCE2.
