Kim Ly

Kim Ly began their career in 2014 as a Software Tester and Junior Tester at FPT Software. In 2016, they moved to FPT Information System as a Senior Test Engineer at Singapore. In 2017, they took on the role of Test Lead- Vice Test Manager Offshore team at FPT Software. In 2018, they moved to DFO Global Performance Commerce as a Senior Test Engineer. In 2022, they assumed the role of QA Manager & Scrum Master at Hello Clever. In each role, Kim Ly was responsible for tasks such as performing testing quality, conducting GAP and risks, providing and training the Scrum process, working on R&D teams, delivering products with the highest quality on time with the marketing plan, making decisions and improving product activities, being an ODC leader, motivating and providing career paths for members, assigning and managing tasks for members, implementing customer requirements, creating test cases, test plans, and estimates, discussing and analyzing requirements with customers, and investigating requirements and discussing with PO on US.

Kim Ly obtained an Associate's Degree in Computer Software Engineering from Houston Community College between 2010 and 2014. In 2017, they obtained a Foundation Level certification from the ISTQB - International Software Testing Qualifications Board. In 2018, they obtained a Project Management Fundamentals certification from Stevbros - Global PMI R.E.P., Scrum Alliance R.E.P. and is currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology from Hanoi Open University, which they are expected to complete in 2022.
